Welcome to Layers Monk. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from Layers Monk. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and 3D Printing

Layers Monk offers 3D printed products, including products that may be manufactured or prepared after an order is placed.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, products may have minor layer lines, surface textures, seam marks, slight color variations, or minor differences in finish. These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not necessarily considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, dimensions, colors, and descriptions accurately. However, actual appearance may vary slightly depending on manufacturing variations, screen settings, lighting, and materials.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

Layers Monk reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, technical errors, or inability to fulfil the order.

If we cancel a prepaid order after payment has been successfully received, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, or other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Layers Monk does not directly store customers' complete card, UPI, or banking credentials.

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Certain products may be customized, personalized, modified, or manufactured specifically according to customer requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details and approving any specifications requested before production.

Once production of a custom, personalized, or made-to-order product has started, cancellation, return, or exchange may not be available except where the product is damaged, defective, materially different from the agreed specifications, or otherwise eligible under our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.

Cancellation is subject to the production and fulfilment status of the order. If production, customization, packaging, or dispatch has already started, cancellation may not be possible even if the request is made within 24 hours.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 working days.

After dispatch, estimated delivery is generally 5–7 days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Requests involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products should be reported within 3 days of delivery.

We may request photographs, packaging images, an unboxing video, or other reasonable evidence to verify a claim.

Eligibility for replacement, return, or refund is governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Layers Monk name, branding, website content, original graphics, photographs, text, and original product designs created by Layers Monk are owned by or licensed to Layers Monk and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, designs, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent orders, use false information, or engage in activity that violates applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Layers Monk will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The latest version published on our website will apply from its stated effective or updated date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to applicable laws and the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute-resolution requirements under applicable law.
